It began with a question over cha.
What if Whitefield had a pujo that felt less like an event to attend and more like a home to return to? A few conversations became a WhatsApp group, became shared spreadsheets, became Udaan.
We are still learning the best way to do this. That is part of the point. A community should leave room for new voices, useful disagreement, and the neighbour who wandered in because they heard music.
The name Udaan means flight. We like that it asks us to move forward without forgetting what lifts us.
